Working in partnership with Perth & Kinross Council, ADP Architecture, Dougall Baillie Associates and Brownriggs our planning application has been approved for the development of 18 affordable, high-quality homes on the site of the former Fairfield Neighbourhood Centre in Perth.

The development forms part of Perth & Kinross Council’s ambition to regenerate areas experiencing higher levels of deprivation or inequality, creating thriving communities where people want to live and work. The homes are sustainable and efficient, in keeping with the council’s Climate Emergency Action Plan.

The development is split into two forms, each providing nine apartments over three stories, and sitting on either side of a shared community courtyard at the heart of the site.

The project is part of Hadden Group's housing delivery partnership with Perth and Kinross Council under the SPA Housing Framework.

Work on the affordable homes will commence in early Spring.
