Our supply chain partners are carefully selected through rigorous assessment, partnering workshops and an agreement to operate with a shared philosophy. We are committed to building a mutually benefitting partnering relationship with our Subcontractors, the majority of whom have been with us for more than seven years.
We are always interested in reviewing potential new subcontractors and material suppliers and we have a robust process that covers a detailed review of their past and present performance, technical capability, financial standing, health and safety, environmental and commercial performance.
Hadden Construction are a registered Constructionline Buyer and use the Constructionline System along with Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) to ensure our supply chain meets appropriate business, environmental, insurance and Health & Safety standards.
We monitor our partners’ performance each month, ensuring that problems are recognised at an early stage and rectified with no impact to our clients or disruption to the project.
Throughout the pre & post contract period we work very closely with our sub-partners and suppliers to ensure they provide:
