We are pleased to announce our newly awarded contracts for the summer of 2018. Firstly, the delivery of Tayport’s Community Hub for Tayport Community Trust. This will take approximately 52 weeks and is valued at £2.3m. Secondly, we have been awarded a Design & Build Housing project for East Lothian Council at Fenton Gait, Gullane. The delivery of 4 houses and 8 cottage flats within a timescale of 40 weeks costing £1.5m. Finally, we have a number of new housing projects awarded via the SPA Housing Framework for North Lanarkshire Council: Chilterns Home, Chryston £2.5m; Belhaven House, Wishaw £2.25m and Mable Street, Motherwell £3m.
