Hadden Group have successfully completed and handed over another housing project for Falkirk Council. Located in Duke Street, West of Denny town centre, this site is a prominent one adjacent to the M80 Motorway.

The £2.5M project comprised of a new build affordable housing development consisting of three blocks containing 12no. cottage style 2 bedroomed flats and 7no 3 bedroomed terraced & semi-detached homes.

All ground floor flats are wheelchair accessible complete with level access showers. Two of the properties have been developed in conjunction with partners at the Integrated Joint Board to accommodate the needs of delayed discharge patients with no additional alterations required to ensure that clients can now be accommodated in a community setting with a property that meets their needs and is closer to their families.”

The design includes Photovoltaic Panels on the roofs in line with Falkirk Council's guidance on 'Low & Zero Carbon Development'

Sustainable design principles in line with Falkirk Council's 'Open Space and New Residential Development' Policy have been used to fit the proposed housing development into the existing landscape.
