Hadden Group 2019 Promotions and Achievements

As the year draws to a close, we would like to celebrate all our employees who have been promoted this year! Here at Hadden Group we recognise hard work and determination, and as the business grows their careers should too! We invest in various training courses for our staff right across the company, and make sure they have the tools they need to progress.

At Hadden, we are very focused on career progression and work very hard to encourage our employees up the ladder. As a result, we are pleased to announce the following promotions for the year 2019.

  • Bob Cobban – Surveying Director
  • Donald McDonald – Managing Surveyor
  • Ross Leyden – Site Manager
  • Grieg Patterson – Assistant Site Manager
  • Jack Duncan – Assistant Quantity Surveyor
  • Iain Wright – General Works Site Supervisor

Hadden Graduates & Awards

As part of our commitment to career progression, we always encourage our employees to pursue extra qualifications and training. This year has been no exception. Ryan Hutton and Heather Grieve both completed an apprenticeship, with Heather completing hers in only seven months!  Becca Adamson completed her HND in Administration & IT Technology and Doloretta also gained her CMI management qualification. We understand the hard work and commitment that has gone into this. Well done to all from everyone at Hadden!

Not only did our Matthew Gorrie get a 1st Class Honours in Quantity Surveying at Heriot-Watt University, he also won The Scottish Building Federation Edinburgh and District Charitable Trust Prize

Our second-year apprentice, Ruairidh Kay also impressed the Lecturers of Perth College UHI for his special competence in craft and was awarded the UCATT Cup.

Finally, we would like to mention a couple of staff milestones that have taken place in 2019. This year Brian Park and Craig Armit reached twenty years with Hadden Group. We are extremely grateful to them both for their hard work and commitment as Hadden would not be the place it is today without them. We value staff loyalty within the business and appreciate the tremendous hard work and dedication they have shown over the years.
