Coronavirus COVID-19 Update 25 March 2020

Following the First Minister’s statements on 23 & 24 March 2020 advising that construction sites not working on essential facilities should close in an effort to minimise the spread and transmission of COVID-19, I can confirm that we took the decision to act on this and put in place the necessary steps to have all of our sites closed by this afternoon. We have been working on this measure since yesterday with our site teams ensuring that the site conditions are made safe and secure.

Our Office has also closed with all necessary staff working remotely as we manage the impact and effects on our business caused by these unprecedented conditions and challenges.

We believe this decision taken is in the best interests of our staff, clients, supply chain and the general public.

I would like to sincerely thank our staff and supply chain for their flexibility and positive response to the upheaval and disruption this event has caused in the last few weeks. In the coming weeks as we adapt the business and our operations to reflect the everchanging conditions and demands on us all, I would ask for your continued patience and understanding.
