Coronavirus COVID-19 Update

At Hadden we continue to closely monitor the rapidly evolving Covid-19 situation, following the advice issued by the UK and Scottish Governments. The health and wellbeing of our people, clients and suppliers is our top priority.

In accordance with our Business Continuity Plan which underpins and leads our management of this situation, our Board have put in place a Coronavirus Response Group. They are to implement measures and procedures, including direction from Government, that will ensure we mitigate as much as possible the risk this virus will pose to our colleagues, clients and contacts.

Our staff have been provided with a Coronavirus Guidance Note and we have in place a Coronavirus Policy, all of which provides our staff with relevant information and direction in relation to this pandemic.

From today we will be:

  • Postponing all un-necessary meetings with video or telephone conferencing used where possible for all other meetings.
  • Cancelling non-essential work travel within the UK
  • Ensuring staff displaying any symptoms self-isolate for the periods advised by Government now that the response has been elevated from ‘containment’ to ‘delay’
  • Enabling staff to work from home if their situation allows it

Our office and sites remain open and are supplied with stocks of hand sanitiser, soap and tissues.

We have the ICT infrastructure in place to enable our people to work remotely should this become necessary. We intend to ensure that any disruption will be minimised. Our usual contact telephone numbers and email addresses will remain in use.

Further updates to our business continuity response to Covid-19 will be provided as necessary.

If you have any concerns about a current or upcoming contract with Hadden please get in touch with your usual contact.

Regards

Steven Brady
Managing Director
