Hadden have recently been awarded the contract of building a sports pavilion in Haddington. This was a direct award through the SPA Public Buildings Framework. East Lothian Council proposes to develop a sports pitch and pavilion on the Mains Farm site to the south of North Berwick in East Lothian, incorporating parking and associated infrastructure. The building will consist of changing facilities, showers, bathrooms and storage to be utilised by locals and sports teams.
The site has remained undeveloped and is adjacent to a recently constructed housing estate. The town of North Berwick to the north of the site has steadily expanded throughout recent years meaning this new facility will be a fantatsic asset to the local community.
This project was a direct award from the SPA Public Buildings Framework.
Work is due to begin in November and is due for completion in spring 2021.
