Fauldhouse Partnership Centre

Hadden General Works recently successfully completed the roofing replacement works at Fauldhouse Partnership Centre in partnership with Hub South East and West Lothian Council. This essential work was to replace deteriorating un-safe reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) in the form of Siporex roof planks over the centers Games Hall. The proposed works included full design, safe removal of existing Siporex Planks, Installation of new roof level steelwork followed by new roof decking and associated services alterations and internal finishes.

Despite some of the project challenges we were delighted to be able to hand over the project to Both Hub and West Lothian Council on time and within the original budget cap.

West Lothian Council Leader Lawrence Fitzpatrick was delighted with Hadden Delivery of the project commenting.

“I’m delighted that the essential roof replacement work at Fauldhouse Partnership Centre has now been completed so quickly. “Council officers have contacted the groups who use the games hall, and I look forward to seeing activities taking place in the hall over the rest of the summer.”
