Hadden Group has been appointed as a leading contractor for new build housing in Scotland by Link Group. The four-year construction framework offers Link and its partners a sleeker and more effective route for procurement, allowing them to access the skills of specialist companies from across the construction sector in a streamlined manner.

By securing its place on the framework, Hadden has consolidated it's long-standing reputation as an affordable housing delivery partner and will continue to offer expert advice in building more affordable and energy efficient homes across the country. The developer will offer its services to a variety of high-quality projects ranging in value from £2m - £30m.

Hadden’s appointment follows a detailed procurement process undertaken by Link which assesses both the quality and value for money elements being offered by companies. The award-winning housebuilder was selected for its extensive experience in delivering a wide range of housing tenures including affordable, Mid-Market Rental and market sale projects.
