As a main contractor and residential developer since 1992 we have built up a year on year growth to a current turnover this financial year of around £18m.
We are involved in general building construction works via traditional, negotiated, partnering and design & build procurement. We operate across a broad range of sectors from private to registered social landlord’s housing through to education, healthcare, retail, industrial, historic and public buildings.
We also construct quality speculative housing developments for sale through our own housing division Hadden Homes.
Our Head Office is based in Aberuthven, near Auchterarder, Perthshire, directly adjacent to the A9, the main route North. Being less than half an hour's drive from Stirling and fifteen minutes from Perth, we are strategically placed to successfully service our sites throughout the Central Belt and Tayside.
