Hadden Homes is the residential development arm of Hadden Construction Limited. The Hadden Homes team utilise internal expertise and specialist external professionals to ensure that sites are developed as efficiently as possible to maximise returns to landowners and deliver sustainable homes.
Hadden Homes are actively looking to purchase land for residential development across Scotland. Site requirements include
- 1 – 20 acres
- Greenfield and brownfield sites considered
- Consented or zoned residential land
- Rural and urban locations
- Sites for private and/or affordable housing
