Hadden Group have been awarded some great new projects through the Scottish Procurement Alliance Schools and Community Buildings Framework. So far to date, we have received awards for the Crossroads Community Hub in East Ayrshire, Loch Primary School & St Johns Primary for South Lanarkshire Council, Pitcairn Primary School & St Paul’s Church for Perth & Kinross Council and a new build Nursery at Hallglen for Falkirk Council.

The SPA framework for schools and community buildings is available to all local authorities, housing associations and other public sector bodies in Scotland. The framework is fully OJEU compliant and offers the provision of new build projects, extensions, refurbishment and associated works with design service for school and communities buildings projects. Hadden are a framework partner for both new build and refurbishment projects up to the value of £4m. Hadden Group are looking forward to working with a growing number of public sector partners on this framework.
