New Contracts for General Works Department

Our General Works Department has now expanded to incorporate all the NHBC remedial works contracts and we are currently working on or are about to commence work on the following contracts at:

• Belmont Street in Glasgow where we are re-newing the lead on the parapet and refixing precast pilasters on a block of flats in the centre of Glasgow. (Pictured)
• Pendale Rise, Castlemilk where we are carrying our land drainage work, renewal of crib wall and hard landscaping repairs to an end terraced house.
• City Quay, Dundee where we are re-fitting balustrading and removing and rebuilding parapet walls to install cavity trays to the rooftop terrace on a block of flats at the dockside.
• Private House, Montrose where we are re-newing the windows and doors, insulation works and other internal remedial works to a detached house.
