New affordable housing at The Glen, Coalsnaughton

Up to 28 new affordable homes for rent are being built by Hadden Construction at The Glen, Coalsnaughton as part of the National Housing Trust initiative being led by the Scottish Government and the Scottish Futures Trust.

Under the NHT initiative, the SFT, Clackmannanshire Council and Hadden Construction enter into a joint venture to purchase newly-built homes so they can be made available for rent at \'mid market\' rates for a period of up to 10 years.  

We are delighted to be involved in this innovative housing partnership with Clackmannanshire Council and the SFT to provide much needed homes for rent and look forward to developing and successfully delivering our proposals for The Glen.
