New affordable housing at Inveraldie

Following our successful completion of affordable housing refurbishments at Noran Avenue, Arbroath we are pleased to be working again with Angus Council on a new £0.6km affordable housing development in the small village of Inveraldie which is situated 4 miles north of Dundee adjacent to the A90.

Built on the site of former council owned lock up garages, the development provides five much needed rural affordable homes in total consisting of 2 three bedroom semi-detached homes and 3 two bedroom terraced homes arranged around a small cul-de-sac on the edge of the village.
