Methven Affordable Housing Phase 2 Handover

Keith Brown, Minister for Housing and Transport, recently visited our site at Methven to view the second phase of 10 affordable houses built by us in the village for Perth & Kinross Council.  HCL Chairman/Construction Director, Scott Hadden, gave him a guided tour of the development.

The first phase of 20 houses at the site has already been completed, with tenants moving into their new homes in September.
