Innovative Housing Partnership with Clackmannanshire Council

Contracts have now been signed for the development of 28 new homes in Coalsnaughton through the National Housing Trust Initiative.

The NHT developed by the Scottish Government and the Scottish Futures Trust, sees developers and local authorities jointly funding the purchase of newly-built homes to be made available for rent at below market rates.

These are the first NHT homes to be build in Clackmannanshire.

We are delighted to be involved in this new innovative housing partnership with Clackmannanshire Council and the Scottish Futures Trust to provide much needed homes for rent.
