Following a competitive tender process the Scottish Procurement Alliance has awarded Hadden a place on its £800 million schools and community buildings framework.

The four-year framework is split into 4 regions as well as value bands of up to £2m and £2m to £4m.

Offering new build and refurbishment works, the framework covers solutions for any type of school or community building (excluding residential) Scotland-wide.

Fully OJEU compliant, this framework offers the provision of new build projects, extensions, refurbishment and associated works with a design service for school and community buildings projects. Works on the following buildings can be procured through this framework:

- Education Buildings

- Healthcare Buildings

- Emergency Services Buildings

- Community Buildings

Hadden can now offer registered Public Sector Partners, Local Authorities and Housing Associations construction services through this framework.
