General Works goes from strength to strength

An update from our General Works Division at Hadden Group: 

• General Works smash through the 400-project barrier!! The department continues to go from strength to strength from starting up in 2010 with two members of staff it is now a thriving department with 17 members of staff.

• Last year General Works had a turnover of £2.8m and so far in the first 4 months of this year General Works have already secured a range of project awards with a total approximate value of £2.2m. A busy year ahead for all!

• General Works are delighted to announce that our 15-year relationship as an NHBC Remedial Works Contractor will continue after successfully renewing our Contract in May of this year. We look forward to continuing with what has been a very successful relationship to date.

• In February of this year General Works secured a new Client in Angus Council. We are now covering Arbroath, Monifieth, Carnoustie, Forfar and Kirriemuir as part of a 4-year Term Contractor for Minor Works projects.

• Appointments – In January of this year Euan Carter returned after a year out as General Works Project Co-ordinator. Great to have him back!
