Our Business Development Manager and Chartered Architect, Stephen Lynas, has recently been awarded a Fellowship from the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland.

Stephen, who is currently President of the Stirling Society of Architects, was presented with his fellowship at a reception in the recently refurbished Scotttish National Portrait Gallery in Edinburgh and is pictured receiving his certificate from the President of the RIAS, Sholto Humphries.

Stephen has worked with HCL for 9 years and was originally involved in the development of our Hadden Homes portfolio.  His role has evolved over the years to encompass both business development and pre-construction services.
