Contract Award for New Retail Units in Dunfermline

We are pleased to be working with Oliver & Robb Architects and Hardies Chartered Surveyors again on Phase 3 of the retail development at Linburn Road, Dunfermline following our successful delivery of the Phase 2 works.

The project comprises the construction of a £0.4m single storey shell building to create three retail outlets with a future Phase 4 of an additional 2 retail units.

Works are due to commence on site in early January 2013.
