Considerate Constructors Compliance

HCL Site Manager, Derrick Brown has been issued with a Certificate of Compliance from the Considerate Constructors Scheme for his site at Rie-achan Road,  Pitlochry where we are building 12 new houses for Perth & Kinross Council.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a national initiative set up by the construction industry to improve its image.

Sites and companies that register with the Scheme are monitored against a Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.

The Scheme is concerned with any area of construction activity which may have a direct or indirect impact on the industry as a whole.  The main areas of concern are:  the general public, the workforce and the environment
