A room with a view: Gateway Building, Lomond Shores

We are delighted to be working with Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park Authority again on this £0.5m project to carry out upgrading and refurbishment works to the Gateway Building at Lomond Shores.

Work involves repairs to the existing building fabric, a new mezzanine floor structure and access stair, new internal walls and partitions, alterations to the external envelope and colonnade together with plumbing, mechanical and electrical services installations.

The re-vamped Gateway Building will re-open in 2017 as an 800m2 venue, called The Shore, Loch Lomond.  The venue will provide a new restaurant and spa for local residents and visitors to the area.   It will also incorporate a wedding and events venue with a capacity of up to 300 guests.
