This project for Arnold Clark Automobiles Ltd comprises the construction of a new facility for a FIAT car showroom and an Arnold Clark multi-brand MOTORSTORE.
The new car retail development presents an open and accessible face to the public with showrooms, parking and display vehicles fronting the busy A9 and Inveralmond roundabout with service areas located to the rear.
The development contains the following accommodation:
- Vehicle showrooms
- Vehicle service centre, with dedicated reception and customer waiting
- Vehicle service workshop containing vehicle ramps and associated facilities
- MOT facility
- Vehicle parts storage
- Associated office accommodation for staff
- Vehicle parking for customers, service cars and staff

The project encompassed a steel frame structure on a concrete floor slab with extensive curtain walling glazing and was successfully delivered in a challenging contract period by our project team.
