Re-development of the existing C listed building to form 5 elderly amenity homes and the construction of 4 new build flats in the grounds.

The Dalmore Centre site is a C Listed building that was originally a School and more recently a Community Centre owned by the Clackmannanshire Council. The building was carefully stripped out, reconfigured and fully refurbished to provide 5no elderly amenity flats.

In the grounds of the Dalmore Centre a new build development of 4no. 2 bedrooms, 3 person two storey flats all with individual access doors was created in a contemporary style.

A new rear access adoptable roadway has been reconfigured to accommodate the development and provides full resident and visitor parking bays.
