Internal refurbishment and new build modern extension to a B listed 17th century stone building for Dunblane Museum Trust.

We were appointed by the Dunblane Museum Trust who wished to improve their facilities while retaining the character of the museum, which is housed in the Dean’s House - a 17th and 18th century building fronting onto The Cross, and three adjoining 18th century cottages. Floors were strengthened, circulation spaces rationalised, and the 1970’s extension was replaced with a new contemporary two-storey building with a glazed link.
