Hadden Group successfully delivered a new £1.4m project for another community centre in East Lothian through our East Lothian Council Framework. We are pleased to have delivered a brand-new community centre in Whitecraig. The new community facility was built on the site of the village bowling club’s old clubhouse, which was demolished three years ago. The centre contains a games hall, creche, café and other associated spaces. Deantown Welfare Bowling Club still use the green at the site, on Whitecraig Avenue, and new changing facilities for bowlers are also included in the development.

The new community centre is a focal point for the village and suitable for a range of uses. A car park to the north of the building has 11 spaces including spaces for disabled users. Another exciting community project for Hadden Group, and a great new facility for the East Lothian community.
