This project comprised a retail shell development to create three large units comprising foundations / substructures, steel frame superstructures, cladding, curtain walling & external works to create new carparking. The development was sited on a busy retail park with retail premises and car dealerships adjacent to the construction site. This required careful logistics and planning of the works to mitigate and minimise disruption to adjoining businesses. We also worked closely with the client fit out team to enable beneficial possession and occupation of the units.
