Construction of a single storey commercial retail shell building to create two fast food takeaways on a main arterial transport route.
The building was formed in a steel frame with a profile sheeting metal roof cladding, render and cladding panels to create contemporary functional retail units.
The works also included the creation of an access road, parking and external works.
