Following a concerted fundraising campaign and the valuable contributions from a range of funders the villagers of Madderty & St Davids in Perthshire were able to commission Hadden Construction to build a modern community hall facility to replace the old hall in the village.

The building comprises a multifunction hall with a separate meeting room along with kitchen and ancillary services.

The building is highly insulated and has underfloor heating with an Air Source Heat Pump.

Since opening in December 2010 the hall has been the focal point of the community and hosts a broad range of functions and events.
