Customer Care Assistant

Salary Commensurate with experience

We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to join the Maintenance Team as a Customer Care Assistant.  As the first point of contact for the Maintenance Department, it is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in providing exceptional customer care.  You should be highly organised with demonstrably good time management skills, being able to prioritise workloads and co-ordinate tasks simultaneously.  Attention to detail is essential as you will be responsible for scheduling and recording a range of appointments and works.     

You should have relevant IT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

The work is generally office-based at our Head Office in Aberuthven with attendance at prospective or active works as required.
