General Works Update

Our General Works Department continues to thrive under the careful management of Jan Birse. The team have been kept very busy this year working on a range of improvement works to Perthshire Schools for Perth & Kinross Council as well as Scotlandwide works with NHBC Claims. 

The Departments turnover has doubled over the last year and they have successfully completed over 250 projects varying in value from £5,000 to £500,000 since the department was set up in May 2010.

As part of our NHBC Claims service we are rated by clients for our Customer Service. We are pleased to report that 95% of NHBC Registered Home Owners rated our General Works Department Customer Service as Good/Excellent.
